Together is a space where we introduce and sell products created through collaboration with the many people we have met while building the brand. Each person brings what they do best, and we work together to create something meaningful. Most products are high value items and are shipped mainly through FedEx. Orders within Korea are shipped with tax already included. Orders to Japan, Hong Kong, and the United States are shipped DDP, which means we cover the customs duties and import taxes in advance. For all other countries, customs duties and import taxes may be charged separately and must be paid by the customer. Customs regulations vary by country, so please check the import rules and expected fees in your country before placing an order. We cannot take responsibility for issues caused by placing an order without checking these costs in advance. Together products are sold through three categories: One-Time Pre-Order, T-OM, and T-Drop. One-Time Pre-Order products are made to order and will never be sold again after the first preorder period closes. T-OM products are made to order and become available only when our production schedule allows. One-Time Pre-Order and T-OM products begin production after the order is confirmed. The estimated production time will be listed on each product page. Once production has started, cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind may be limited. However, if a product is defective, shipped incorrectly, or made differently from the confirmed order details, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. T-Drop products are already completed and ready to ship. They will usually be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Returns for T-Drop products due to a change of mind must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for return shipping, original shipping costs, and any import related expenses. Returns may not be accepted if the product has been worn, damaged, or is no longer in its original condition. Customs duties and import taxes are handled separately from the product refund. Whether these costs can be refunded depends on the customs regulations of each country. We can provide the necessary documents when possible.
